⚠️ STAY SAFE NEAR WATER
Lakes, reservoirs and quarries can be dangerous
Even on a hot day, the water can be very cold.
Cold water can make it hard to breathe and swim. This is called Cold Water Shock. Water below 15°C can trigger it, even in summer.
