🎉 Join Us for a Celebration of Ageing Without Limits! 🎉

We are delighted to invite you to a special event at the Rimani House Wellbeing Centre in Halifax as we celebrate Ageing Without Limits.

📅 Date: Wednesday 10th June
🕐 Time: From 1:00pm

Come along for an afternoon filled with dancing, activities, music, laughter, and community spirit, with refreshments available throughout the event.

This is a wonderful opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and celebrate the many positives of ageing in a friendly and welcoming environment.

🌞 Keep Cool as Temperatures Rise! 🌞

With the warm weather setting in this weekend, here are a few simple tips to help you stay cool and safe:

💧 Stay Hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day
🏡 Keep It Shady – Close curtains and blinds to keep indoor spaces cool
🧊 Cool Down – Use fans, cold flannels, or take cool showers
🕶️ Avoid Peak Heat – Try to stay indoors between 11am–3pm
👕 Dress Light – Wear loose, light-coloured clothing

Check in on neighbours, friends, or relatives who may be vulnerable in the heat 💛
