This community charity based on Westgate Guisborough runs projects working with all ages, we have 3 part-time staff and many talented and committed volunteers. We always welcome new faces and can offer many different opportunities to become involved. Our projects include: FoodStop (a foodbank); youth projects; children's Holiday Club twice a year, Parent Peer support group, Soup and Roll and Coff

ee Mornings serving homemade food and the chance to meet for a chat, a Christmas Day Meal open to everyone, Monday Friends, Guisborough community luncheon club for the elderly and infirm plus much more!!

We had a productive day with volunteers. The flower area near the shed and tea break benches is coming on so that it will be a wonderful place to sit. We weeded, potted on, planted out and two ex volunteers who now have their own allotment plot, donated us some surplus sunflowers. It really is taking shape so if you are at a loose end 10-12 on Tuesdays come and try your hand at some green fingered activities. The more the merrier!

Just a reminder that while the library is closed, we offer Monday Coffee with Friends in Sunnyfield House 9-11.30am. There is a book swap and plenty of tables & in good weather, there is the beautiful Sunnyfield Garden to enjoy. Teas and coffees, and freshly baked items all 80p - £1.20

Last night we enjoyed a Harry Potter 🧙‍♂️ themed murder mystery with the Getwell team. Two groups solved the mystery🔎, we all enjoyed some pizza 🍕 and we made some new friends 🧡 The team is heading to London for a couple of days and then back home 🇺🇸 Thank you to all who supported this trip and all who joined in the activities!
