What difference do the Friends of GCS make to our school? A huge difference!

In the last two years, the Friends have:
*Held Year 7 Welcome Events
*Hosted Coffee Mornings
*Decorated School for Christmas
*Organised Christmas Fairs
*Run second-hand uniform sales
*Lead Quiz and Pottery Nights
*Arranged Hamper and Easter Raffles
*Supported multiple school events, including Funk Nights, Sports Dinners, Concerts and Sponsored Walks.

What difference do Friends of GCS make to our school? A huge difference!

In the last two years, the Friends have granted requests worth over £29,000 across 18 different school departments, including funds for: drama workshops, SEND resources, PE equipment, metal working provision and a digital piano amongst many others. The year prior to that, they donated £28,500 towards a new minibus 🤩
