🌊 Cold Water Dip & Mindfulness Session 🌿

🗓️ Tuesday 16th June | 🕕 4:00 PM | 📍Lunderston Bay

We’re inviting you to join us for a soul-soothing evening of cold water dipping and mindfulness by the sea. This is a chance to pause, breathe, and connect — whether you're up for a dip or just fancy some fresh air, letting go by the fire, and good company. You don’t have to go in the water, but bring your swimming stuff just in case... you might be tempted! 😉

💧 Why try a cold water dip?
It can boost your mood, reduce stress, improve circulation, and help you feel more present and alive. Plus, sharing the experience with others can be incredibly bonding.

☕ We’ll have tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks to warm up afterwards — so come along, wrap up or dive in. Everyone welcome!

💜Join the next session of our Stress Buster Course - TODAY, Wednesday 3rd June 2026💜

This is a relaxed and supportive space to learn simple ways to manage stress and take time for yourself. At our last session, family members created their own bath salts: using salts, essential oils, and natural flowers, and herbs.

The course runs on Wednesdays, 12:00pm to 2:00pm, at Port Glasgow Community Hub, King Street, until June 24th.

You will learn stress relief techniques, aromatherapy blending, hand and arm massage for relaxation, how to make natural skincare products, and practical stress management skills.

Take a break, connect with others, and leave each session feeling a little lighter💜
