Living Well in Port Glasgow! 🌟

A fantastic free community wellbeing event is taking place at Boglestone Hub on 10th September, with plenty happening throughout the day!

There will be free tea and coffee, lunch, raffle draws and a range of workshops and activities, including cooking demonstrations, sleep support, a spring stroll, yoga and opportunities to meet local services.

Our Your Voice Inverclyde team will also have a stall on the day, so make sure to pop over, say hello and find out more about the support, activities and opportunities available through Your Voice! 👋💚

🕯️ International Overdose Awareness Day – 31st August 🕯️

On 31st August, recovery services across Inverclyde came together to hold our annual Candlelit Vigil, a special evening dedicated to remembering and honouring loved ones lost to addiction.

The vigil provides a safe and supportive space for families, friends, individuals in recovery and the wider community to come together, share memories and remember those who are no longer with us.

Recovery services work tirelessly to bring individuals and communities together, creating an evening filled with strength, hope, remembrance and support.

This year, around 120 individuals came together to mark International Overdose Awareness Day. Together, we stood united—not only to remember those we have lost, but also to celebrate recovery, resilience and the hope that there can be a different future.
