A few places are still available on the upcoming safeTALK course delivered by the Health Improvement Team at Inverclyde HSCP.

LivingWorks safeTALK is a half-day su***de prevention training course that helps participants recognise when someone may be thinking about su***de and connect them to the support they need. Using a practical and effective approach, the training equips people with the skills and confidence to make a difference.

You'll learn how to identify signs, start supportive conversations, and help someone access further support.

🎤 As part of the CVS Inverclyde Annual Conference, this panel discussion will look ahead to what our communities, third sector organisations and public services need to thrive over the next 30 years.

Hosted by Rona Dougall, this conference panel will explore the future of funding, partnership working and how community voices can remain at the heart of decision-making.

With demand increasing and financial pressures continuing, the discussion will consider what meaningful collaboration looks like in practice and how we can build stronger connections between sectors.

Last week, our Saltire Award Champions came together for their first meeting of the new academic year. It was fantastic to catch up after the summer break and welcome some new faces 💚

The Saltire Awards are the Scottish Government's way of celebrating the achievements of young volunteers across Scotland.
