Our third Dig In Community Meal is this Saturday! Email us at diginfoodhub@gmail to sign up 🍽️

We're hosting three community meals in the coming months and you should come along!

The meals will be 12-2pm on Saturday 21st February, 21st March, and 18th April at Elderpark Library.

We'll be serving a 3-course vegetarian meal made with the same delicious produce we sell at Dig In.

The meal is free and open to all but spaces are limited so make sure you email [email protected] to reserve your place (or pop into the shop and reserve your place in person)!

We are able to put these meals on due to funding from the Community Food and Growing Grants Programme - many thanks to them.

Change of dates! Thanks to those who've already signed up to our cooking classes with Julia taking place in April. ]

When we planned them we didn't realise that the 6th is Easter Monday and the library is shut, so we've shifted everything back a week and the dates will now be the 13th, 20th, and 27th April from 1:30-3:30.

We still have a few spaces for each session so email us at [email protected] if you'd like to take part!

In order to make the project a success we are still looking for more participants for the research side of the project.

We need 150 people who live in Govan and the surrounding area to complete questionnaires about their food habits. As a thank you for participating you will receive a Β£15 love2shop voucher. We will also be following up after the market pilot to see if there's any change in eating habits, and participants will receive another Β£15 voucher.

By participating you will help us to understand the impact of our fruit and veg stall, strengthening our argument for funders, and supporting us to continue. If you are interested in taking part, please contact the research team at [email protected]
