This week's interesting job is to de-modernise this Flying Scot so the owner can go on a L'Eroica event. The rules of the event require the bike to have parts that were available in 1987, so the Campagnolo 9 speed integrated gear brake levers have to go.
Fortunately we have all the parts we need in stock so it's straightforward.
We'll put up a picture of the bike when it's done.

It's a '90s Giant mountain bike, a simple, versatile and robust machine of a kind that's hard to buy new today. We've built it up for city riding with North Road handlebars, mudguards and a rack.
