Today on Father's Day we remember -

🌈 Fathers whose baby or child has died
🌈 Those (old and young) bereaved of a dad
🌈 The men who long to be a dad
🌈 Those who have a difficult or complicated relationship with their father
🌈 Fathers with us (near and far)
🌈 The dads who live each day without one, some or all of their children

We understand how hard this day can be for many and it how it can be full of very mixed emotions.

Join Edinburgh burlesque performer and instructor Anastasia Burlesque for a very special beginner-friendly charity dance workshop, celebrating confidence, self-expression, movement, and connection.

With a background in multiple dance styles and a passion for theatrical storytelling, Anastasia creates welcoming spaces where elegance, strength, playfulness, and community come together. No dance experience is needed - just bring yourself!

💖 100% of proceeds will be donated to Held In Our Hearts, supporting families affected by pregnancy, baby or infant loss, in honour of Despina & Sotiris.

We understand that dads are often overlooked in terms of how they are coping or trying to be strong and hold everything and everyone together, but we know they feel the loss just as deeply.

Did you know each referral we have received this year has been reached out to within the first 48 hours after receiving the referral?

We strive to respond to all referrals as quickly as possible so parents can access the support they need as soon as possible.

No one should face pregnancy, baby or infant loss alone.

Clare was able to keep Campbell safe inside her and so the thought of giving birth was stressful.

He died an hour after he was born; Clare and William's grief, unimaginable.

Every family should get the support we were able to offer this very special couple.

In Fife, we're there when a bereaved family needs us. For Natasha & Callum, nobody had told that they could have a funeral for Maeve.
