Just two weeks to go until we kick off our new season of Prostate FFIT with Aberdeen FC Community Trust at Pittodrie.

Our Prostate FFIT is a 12-week health and exercise programme tailored for men with prostate cancer. The course, in partnership with The SPFL Trust, is FREE to attend and is suitable for any man with prostate cancer no matter what stage of your journey. 🩵
