We’d like to say thank you to our teams for all their hard work in partnership with Dorset Police in making our community in Bridport safer ❤️
Dealing with anti-social behaviour can be challenging for our teams at times, and we know it can have a real impact on our customers and the local community too. We’re pleased to be working together with the police across Dorset and Somerset to make our communities safer.

Working Together to Keep Our Communities Safe
Dorset Police have been working in partnership with Magna Housing to support the civil proceedings of an immediate repossession of a property due to ongoing issues including anti-social behaviour, squatting, and concerns around drug use.
We understand that actions like this are not taken lightly, and it is never our intention to make individuals homeless. However, we have a clear duty of care to protect the wider community—including neighbouring residents who have been impacted.
Kerry Starling, Magna's Head of Customer Contact and Community Support, said: "We're pleased to have worked in partnership with Dorset Police to bring a stop to ongoing antisocial behaviour and criminality at this address, which had caused years of misery to neighbouring residents. It's an example of how working together can have a positive impact on safety in our local communities.
We would like to thank members of the public for your continued support, patience, and the valuable information you provide. Your reports and intelligence play a vital role in helping us take action and maintain safe neighbourhoods.
If you have concerns in your area, please continue to report them—together, we can make a difference.
