Where you position yourself in a space can make a big difference to how it feels. Facing towards movement, entrances, or busy areas can increase the amount of sensory input, while sitting with your back to this activity can sometimes feel calmer and more contained.

At The Nook Stop in Frenchgate, our pods are set up back-to-back, giving you the option to choose one that faces towards the door or one that faces away from it. Having that choice allows you to find a setup that feels more comfortable for you in the moment.

Small changes in positioning can have a surprisingly big impact. 💜
