🥁 African Drumming Session at Our Centre! 🥁

Feel the rhythm. Move your body. Lift your mood.

We host an energising African Drumming session open to everyone in the community every Monday and Tuesday 1-3pm - no experience needed! Whether you want to try something new, meet people, or simply enjoy making music together, this is for you.

What to expect:
• Learn traditional African rhythms
• Play authentic hand drums
• Boost confidence, coordination and wellbeing
• A welcoming, fun atmosphere for all abilities
