🚨 Scam warning – Fake Parking text messages 🚨

We are aware of scam text messages being sent to people claiming they have been given a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). These messages are not genuine.

Here’s what you need to know:
⚠️ We do not issue Parking Charge Notices. We only issue Penalty Charge Notices.
A genuine Penalty Charge Notice will only ever be:
🚙 Placed on your vehicle’s windscreen, or
📮 Sent to you by post.

We will never contact you about a parking fine by text message.

If you receive a suspicious text:
❎ Do not click on any links.
❎ Do not reply to the message.
❎ Delete it from your phone.

If you’re ever unsure about a notice you’ve received, please contact our operational services team by calling 01562 732928 option 3. Your safety and security are very important to us – thank you for staying alert and helping stop these scams.
