A big thank you to the team at EDF Energy for coming along today and giving us a helping hand! 💚

They spent their time sorting through our donations by date, helping us keep everything organised and ready to go where it's needed.

We think they enjoyed their lollipops too! 🍭😋

We really appreciate your time and support. Thank you for getting stuck in!

🎄 Help us make Christmas special for local families! 💚

We’re getting ready to put together our Christmas hampers for local people and families who may be struggling this festive season, and we’d love your support!

Whether you’re organising a Christmas collection or simply picking up an item or two from our Christmas shopping list on your next supermarket trip, every donation makes a difference and helps us put together hampers filled with festive essentials. 🎁

If you're planning a collection, please aim to get your donations to us by Friday 4 December so we have plenty of time to sort everything before Christmas.

Where can you donate?

📍 Our Warehouse in Chester-le-Street

📍 Our Sunderland office – Please contact us beforehand if you'd like to drop off donations here: 0191 303 7559 or [email protected]

🎄 Can you spare a few hours to support our Tesco Winter Collection? 💚

We're looking for volunteers to help us collect food and toiletries for local people who need support over the Christmas period and into the New Year.

We have various volunteering slots available at:

📍Tesco Durham Gilesgate - especially Thursday and Saturday
📍 Tesco Chester-le-Street – various slots available across all three days
📍 Tesco Newton Aycliffe – various slots available across all three days

No experience is needed, just a friendly face and a willingness to help! Whether you're volunteering on your own, with friends or as part of a corporate team, every hour makes a difference.

📩 Interested in helping? Get in touch at [email protected] to find out more and sign up for a slot.

Please share to help us spread the word! 💚

A huge thank you to Lambton Rowing club for visiting our warehouse today!

They rolled up their sleeves and helped us organise donations and put together emergency food parcels for people across our local community 🥫📦

And that wasn’t all! They also brought along a fantastic Harvest donation of 123kg of food, equating to 154 meals! 👏🏻

Thank you so much! 💚
