Around 8 years ago, Sharon Backhouse braved the shave for charity. Now, she is saying goodbye to her hair once again to raise vital funds for Integrating.

Shaving your head is a huge sacrifice, but Sharon believes it is worth it to help young people build confidence and reach their full potential. Every donation helps motivate Sharon and supports this life changing work.

Back for a 2nd year!

A night full of song and dance... This is Integrating's singing competition, which is loosely based on eurovision but minus the countries.

We have space for 12-15 performers, there will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place which will be voted for by YOU! the viewer.

This event is being hosted by Integrating however we are not supporting during the session therefore if you would require support during this session please bring a parent/carer.

WE DID IT! 🌍🏃‍♂️💨
As you know, we set ourselves an absolute mountain of a goal for our 2nd annual Integrating Step Challenge: to walk around the world in 31 days by hitting a massive team effort of 40 million steps!
Well, look at what we just achieved. Thanks to an incredible community effort from 173 amazing people, we didn’t just meet our goal we completely crushed it! 💥
✨ The Final May Wrap-Up:
Total Steps: A mind-blowing 45,614,528 steps! 🐾
The Goal: 114% progress we officially walked all the way around the world! 🗺️
The Growth: We absolutely smashed last year's total of 33 million steps!
This reel is a celebration of every single walk, run, hike and step taken by our friends, family and community throughout May. Every step raised vital funds for Integrating and we couldn't be prouder of Team Integrating! 🙌

What a lovely way to end the Sunday Strolls!
This morning's walk at the magnificent Lambton Estate was a real treat. The rhododendrons were in full bloom, the rowing club was out on the river, and we enjoyed four miles of paths winding through woodland and fields dotted with sheep.

A lovely sunny Sunday stroll for our group of 7 last Sunday! ☀️
Being a smaller group, we still managed a whopping 6.5 miles through the woods and along the banks of the River Wear — enjoying some beautiful scenery and a good catch-up along the route. 🌿
Next week will be our final stroll of the series, and we’re hoping to meet at Lambton Estate. It would be great to see you there! 😊
