Our wonderful volunteer ❤️

Volunteering at The Salvation Army has changed my life. I first came to them as a single mum with a 2‑week‑old baby, feeling overwhelmed and alone. They welcomed us with kindness and helped me through some of my hardest moments.

A year ago, I became a volunteer to give back — and it’s given me confidence, purpose and a community I love. Completing the 6k Nuclear Mud Run and raising £250 for them reminded me just how far I’ve come. I’ll always support The Salvation Army with all my heart.
