Are you pregnant and considering breastfeeding? 🤱

Then join us on Mondays 10.30 - 12.30 to come meet the team, get to know what to expect, and ask our peer supporters any questions you may have.

Enjoy a hot drink ☕ and some cake 🍰 whilst enjoying the chance to chat with other mums and parents.

Don't want to come on your own? Then bring your partner or family member with you.

Are you joining us tomorrow for our breastfeeding group? 🤱

We are a friendly group run by volunteers who are trained breastfeeding peer supporters and a NCT breastfeeding counsellor.

Our volunteers are here to support you:

➡️ If you are pregnant and thinking about breastfeeding

➡️ If you need help with your positioning and latch

➡️ You want to explore with someone without judgement how your feeding journey will look for you and your family

➡️ Any challenges that you come across at any point of your breastfeeding journey

➡️ When you are ready to come to the end of breastfeeding and how that can look for you

➡️ Or any other thing you may need to discuss

BUT our group is not just about getting support from our volunteers, it is also about meeting other mums and parents and building friendships and connections with others.

Older siblings and other family members are always welcome and you will always get the chance to enjoy a hot drink ☕ and some cake 🍰
