If you or someone you know gets a letter from NHS England (NHSE) or Primary Care Support England (PCSE), please respond and do not ignore it.

Letters are being sent as part of a process called "list validation" to help keep GP records accurate. You may get a letter if you have not contacted your surgery in a long time or have missed screening letters. If you get a letter and don't respond, PCSE may remove you from your GP list without you knowing, and you will have to re-register if you need an appointment in the future.

If you have not been in touch with your surgery in the last 3 years, contact them to update or confirm your details.
