We had an udderly brilliant time on Monday painting one of the animals, which will soon be displayed alongside some of its much larger relatives! ๐Ÿฎ๐ŸŽจ

A huge thank you to JPMorganChase for inviting us to be part of this fantastic project celebrating 40 years of JPMorgan Chase in Bournemouth.

As The Bridge where Access Dorset is based used to be a cowshed, we felt uniquely qualified for the job of painting a calf! ๐Ÿ˜„

A massive thank you to the amazing JPMorgan volunteers who helped our members unleash their inner artists, cleaned our courtyard and basketball court, and transformed our sensory garden from "needs a little TLC" to "showroom ready". We can't thank you enough for all your hard work, enthusiasm, and support. ๐Ÿ’™

๐ŸŽ‰ Weโ€™re thrilled to share some wonderful news! ๐ŸŽ‰ Access Dorset has received a generous grant towards our core costs from Garfield Weston Foundation that will strengthen our day to day work and help us continue delivering vital services for our community in . ๐Ÿ’ซ
The Garfield Weston Foundation is a family founded grant-maker supporting charities operating in a wide variety of sectors across the UK that make a positive difference within their communities.
Established by W. Garfield Weston in 1958 through an endowment of shares in the family business โ€“ now known as Associated British Foods plc โ€“ the Foundation continues to be guided by the Weston Family. The Trustees, each of whom are direct descendants of the founder, play an active, informed role in its work.
This successful model has ensured that our charitable donations have grown as the businesses have grown, enabling the Foundation to award grants totalling nearly ยฃ1.7 billion since its establishment. The most recent financial year 2024-2025 saw the Foundation give away almost ยฃ130 million to 2,967 charities.
Access Dorset are so pleased and grateful to be one of the charities chosen by the Garfield Weston Foundation, as this funding gives us stability, room to grow, and the ability to reach even more disadvantaged people who rely on us. ๐Ÿ’™
๐Ÿ™ We are deeply grateful to Garfield Weston Foundation for believing in our mission and supporting our work.
Thank you to everyone who stands with us. ๐Ÿ’™ Great times ahead.
