The SBF has raised over £700k supporting over 900 sporting projects in memory of Stevie B

A Huge Win for our Ambassador and all round nice guy, Christopher Billam-Smith - Professional Boxer after his 7th Round TKO at the BIC on Saturday evening against the Canadian Pole, Ryan Rozicki.
This battle is being touted as the best fight of the year in the boxing world, with both men showing amazing courage and going toe to toe all the way through.
Hopefully now Chris will get another opportunity to win another World Crown soon.

As it's National Volunteers week, we need to say a great big thank you to ALL of our supporters. We have had so many laughs and some tears ❤️ but throughout your support we have been able to change the lives of thousands of youngsters and disability athletes through sport and of course with your hard work and some beers 🍻

Huge congratulations to SBF backed 13 year old Poole schoolgirl Amelia Freeman who recently competed in her 1st Judo international event after gaining numerous podium places in National competitions throughout the last year.
And although she was placed in a tough pool of seasoned internationals, she competed well in every bout and learned a lot about the nuances of top level competition. So much so, that she has been selected again to represent her country at the next international event in Venray, Holland next month and is now being coached by the former World no1 and Olympian Judo star Lucy Stewart (nee Renshall) so it looks like the future is very bright for this young lady.

After our recent Trustees meeting, we are pleased to announce that we are supporting the following projects: A reversible football kit for an Under 14's mixed team in Bournemouth, a specialised swimsuit and goggles for a 14yr old girl from Christchurch for open water swimming, Grappling equipment and a dummy for a Wrestling club in Lewes, helping a 14 year old boy from Parkstone purchase a new Go-Kart, a number of riding helmets for the New Forest Country Education Trust in Beaulieu to enable more youngsters access horseriding, 80 football kits for a project in Kenya being run by a wonderful Bournemouth charity and last but most certainly not least, a large amount of Bowls equipment so youngsters and adults with learning disabilities can access the sport at Richmond Park Bowling Club which is based at Winton Recreation Park.
And as we say, all of this is only possible because of your generosity towards Stevie’s Foundation, you really are making a massive difference to your community so thank you 😊
