Our vision is that everyone who becomes a parent feels confident, connected, and safe because we believe parents help build the foundations of the future. Every year NCT supports over 250,000 parents on their unique journeys through pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, and into early parenthood. We connect, inform and support parents through our antenatal and postnatal courses, peer support programmes, and community-based events. We provide access to evidence-based information through our website and free Infant Feeding Support Line 365-days a year. For 65 years we have created transformative change in the lives of parents, acting as a trusted voice, reassuring presence, and strong advocate. 📢 Calling all parents! Get ready to step into National Walking Month this May with NCT! 🚶‍♀️👶🚶‍♂️

Did you know May is National Walking Month? It's the perfect time to get out and enjoy the fresh air, and what better way to do it than with an NCT Walk & Talk?

What is an NCT Walk & Talk? It's simple! It's a relaxed, informal gathering where parents, parents-to-be, and carers can meet up for a walk, chat, and connect. It's a fantastic way to:

Get some gentle exercise – perfect for new parents!

Meet other local parents and build your support network.

Share experiences and advice in a relaxed setting.

Boost your mood with fresh air and good company.

Show your little one the world from their buggy or sling!

Why host one? You don't need to be an NCT member or have participated in an NCT antenatal course! Simply choose a date, time, and a buggy-friendly route in your local area, and invite others to join you. It's a wonderful way to bring your community together and help combat loneliness that can sometimes affect new parents.
