Friday - It’s coffee and chat time at BCC. Everyone is welcome at our coffee morning. We encourage people to pop in and say hello! We can have anything between thirty to forty people attending and have many volunteers helping to keep the tea, coffee and biscuit flowing. ☕☕🫖🫖🍪🍪🍰🧁🍰🧁

Tuesday is our exercise class, delivered by Marilyn whilst Terry checks everyone in and keeps them hydrated!. Thanks to them both 15 local residents make and meet friends and keep those vital muscles moving. 🕺🙆
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday are our Click and Connect days. Tim and his digital champion team are in Green Hammerton, Tockwith and Boroughbridge helping to make technology accessible to all.

1 in 3 people born today will develop dementia, and fighting the terrible disease is a cause very close to my heart.

This week, please support the Alzheimer's Society's 'Forget Me Not' appeal at alzheimers.org.uk/forgetmenot and - if you have not done so already - seek support for your loved one who may be suffering with or caring for someone with dementia.
