Help Dadaab Charity Let's Learn And Lead Help dadaab was established on 23th june 2015 as a result of high need for help in three key areas: Education, shelter And health.

The founders are Mr Martin Gill, Mr Ben Priestley and Mr Abdi Adan.

🎓HELP DADAAB DIPLOMA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY – 2026

HELP Dadaab Charity, in partnership with Angel Welfare & Education Trust and Cambridge International College, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for 2026 Diploma Distance-Learning Sponsorships for eligible refugees living in the Dadaab camps

**YOUR FUTURE STARTS HERE**

Each year, HELP Dadaab supports eligible refugees and residents of Dadaab through educational opportunities leading to internationally recognised Diploma qualifications provided by Cambridge International College.

-APPLICATION PERIOD-

29th August – 6th September 2026

✅ WHO CAN APPLY?

Applicants must:

Be a registered refugee in a Dadaab camp

Have completed secondary education with a minimum grade of C (plain) in KCSE

Not currently be in education or a student

Be computer literate

Be available to provide a daytime telephone number for an interview

Be able to read and write English to a good standard

Be 18 years or older

📄 HOW TO APPLY

Prepare:

1. A covering letter including your contact details

2. A copy of your High School/KCSE Leaving Certificate

Submit your application at the designated centres:

📍 Hagadera & Fafi: Northern Cambridge High School – A1 & B1
📍 Ifo Camp: Abdul-Aziz Primary School – B4
📍 Dagahaley Camp: Unity Primary School

All applications will be considered by the HELP Dadaab Board of Trustees. The decision to award a free distance-learning course will be made by the Trustees and will be final.

Dear Dadaab Refugee Youth,

Help Dadaab takes the education and future of our young people very seriously. All Help Dadaab charity programmes, including our diploma opportunities, are offered completely FREE of charge, regardless of who you are.

Unfortunately, every year when we advertise our diploma programmes, some individuals take advantage of vulnerable youth by asking for money and falsely claiming that they can secure them a place.

Please be extremely careful. Do not give money to anyone who claims they can offer or secure you a Help Dadaab diploma opportunity.

If anyone approaches you requesting money or making such promises, please report the matter to Help Dadaab with clear evidence, such as messages, receipts, phone numbers, or other relevant information. You may also report the matter to your nearest police station.

We strongly encourage everyone to remain vigilant. Your trust and future should not be exploited by conmen.

Help Dadaab is committed to ensuring that our programmes remain fair, transparent and accessible to those who genuinely need them.

For currently enrolled CIC members:
You have a choice in how you receive your qualification once you complete your studies:
Option 1: Softcopy Format – Sent to you digitally as a PDF file.
Option 2: Hardcopy Format – Printed on paper and sent to you physically.
Option 3: Both Formats – You can receive both the PDF and the printed version (for a small extra fee).

For past members & graduates:
If you have already graduated and would like a digital copy of your qualification: You can request a softcopy PDF version of your past diploma or award (there is a small fee for this service).

Dear Youth in the Dadaab Camps,
We have received many emails and WhatsApp messages from the youth asking about this year's diploma course applications.
We know this is the time of year when we usually advertise our diploma courses. However, as we finalize our budget and planning, we kindly ask for your patience.
We understand that the demand for tertiary education is very high, and we will do our best to support as many students as possible within our available resources. Insha allah
The diploma courses advertisement will be released later this month, and interviews are expected to take place in early September, Insha'Allah.
