Family Action Bolton Listening Lounge We are an out of hours Community adult mental health service (17+) supporting people in Bolton.

We work with adults 17+ plus, from all communities, who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, offering access to on the day support to people in a self-defined crises who feel overwhelmed or are struggling with unhelpful thoughts. Whether you are struggling with life challenges or finding it difficult to manage mental health symptoms, we are here to help, listen and signpost you to the right service. We can help you by:
• Providing short term one to one support through a period of crises
• Connecting you to the right services to support you through your situation
• Providing a safe space to talk without judgement
• Supporting you to develop healthy coping mechanisms, grounding strategies and safety planning.
• Provide a group space for peer support and building new friendships
