A calm, welcoming women’s wellness group in Bolton created for women who want space to breathe, reconnect and pour back into themselves.

Expect connection, conversation, creativity and a room full of women who get it.

Eid Mubarak beautiful sisters 🥰 Yesterday was so special and I hope you all felt it too.

This week feels like a good week to come together again. We have three things happening across Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday and honestly these sessions mean so much to me. I would love for as many of you to come as possible.

If you have been thinking about coming but haven’t made it yet, this is your week. No pressure, just good people and a warm welcome. Bring whoever needs a reason to get out of the house this week.

When did you last have a morning that felt like yours?

No sorting everyone else out. No to-do list pulling you. Just a couple of hours of good company, gentle creativity, and conversation that actually fills you up.

We’re running The Wellness Social — a 6-week wellbeing group for women in Bolton. A warm, welcoming space to breathe, reconnect, and feel a little like yourself again.

Women only. Children are welcome to come along.

Starting Tuesday 2nd June, 10am–11:30am

We had the loveliest first session of Peace by Piece last week and there are still two mornings left to join us.

Tomorrow is session two. Monday 18th May, 10–11:30, Astley Bridge Baptist Church, Bolton. Free, welcoming, and refreshments included. Little ones are more than welcome, just bring what they need.

Some sessions stay with you long after you leave the room 🤍

Today we had such a beautiful and powerful session with NLP Master Practitioner Farida. It was thought provoking, inspiring, and honestly, we all felt it deeply.

There were moments of reflection, gentle realisations, and conversations that reminded us how important it is for women to have spaces where they can pause, breathe, and come back to themselves.

This session is part of our 6 week Wellness Social Series, where local women have chosen to pour into their own cups, one small step at a time.

And that is exactly what Her Village is here for. A space to feel seen, supported, and reminded that your wellbeing matters too.

Some mornings are meant for tea, jigsaws, gentle conversation, and simply being around good women 🤍

Peace by Piece is our women’s only jigsaw series, created as a calm space to slow down, connect, and enjoy something beautifully simple together.

No pressure. No awkward icebreakers. No need to come with anyone.

Just a warm table, good company, refreshments, and a little pocket of peace in your week.
