Fortalice have been privileged to be a part of the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library receiving several books for our children over the years since her initiative began in 1995. We are so grateful of the support and saddened to hear the news of her passing.

We recently received several gorgeous bouquets from a former client, they were sent to the staff team for all the support she and her family received during their time in refuge.

This means the world to us, and it's wonderful to see the family thriving in their new home.

In March 2026, the Crisis Car team was invited to contribute to the GMCA Executive's Gen-der-Based Violence Annual Report video.

The annual report highlights the progress made by partner agencies in delivering the Greater Manchester Gender Based Violence Strategy over the past year. By sharing the experiences of survivors alongside the perspectives of frontline professionals, the report celebrates the collective work taking place across Greater Manchester while looking ahead to the next phase of delivery in 2026.

We were proud to have the opportunity to highlight the Crisis Car service and demonstrate the positive impact it is having on victims and survivors of domestic abuse and to celebrate the partnership working in Bolton. It is wonderful to see the strong partnership which continues to make a real difference to the lives of those we support.
