Bolton Guild Of Help Bolton Guild of Help is a charity for the residents of Bolton, operating since 1905.

Bolton Guild of Help has been helping the residents of Bolton since it was formed in 1905. The majority of our income is raised from interest received on investments of the various legacies we manage. We assess the needs of individuals on an appointment basis and provide items or services of practical use. We can also make referrals to our partners for support in areas such as debt, benefits and mental health. To discuss your eligibility for a grant, please email us on [email protected] or call us on 01204 524858 Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between 9am and 3pm.

Next week is Remember A Charity Week, and we wanted to share something close to our hearts.

For over 120 years, the Bolton Guild of Help has stood alongside local people going through some of the hardest times of their lives — helping with household essentials, offering financial guidance, and simply being there with a friendly ear when someone needed support most.

None of that would have been possible without the generosity of people who chose to remember us in their will.

If you'd like to find out more about leaving a gift to the Bolton Guild of Help in your will, we'd love to hear from you. Feel free to email - [email protected]
