Thank you to everyone that came along to the Drop-in Wellbeing Session yesterday.
And thank you to for hosting us.
That's our first 3 sessions delivered, top up supplies will be ordered and please let us know if there's a mindful crafting thing you fancy doing.
Examples of what goes on are:
Stone art - simple stones to act as a prompt to support your wellbeing. Maybe it's dot art, maybe it's feelings you want to create.
Your choice.
Mindful colouring in - pictures, pencils and felt tips provided.
Collage
Notice board/mood boards - cork board, photos and paper provided.
Finger painting - paper and ink provided.
Stamp art - paper, ink, rollers and stamps provided.
Guided meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing chat optional.
You can sit on silence and simply colour and be around the beautiful art (of the gallery) or join the chat and help grow your connections and roots.
