What an amazing day for the Wirral Coastal Walk!

It was wonderful to see 17 people come together to support Dementia Together Wirral. Thanks to the generosity of everyone who took part, donated, and cheered us on, we have raised an incredible £3,168.25 so far!

Every pound raised helps us continue providing vital social support, friendship, dementia-friendly activities, and events for people living with dementia and their families across Wirral.

A huge thank you to everyone involved. We will share a further update once the final fundraising total has been confirmed.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Carers Conference on 8th June.

It was wonderful to meet so many unpaid carers, professionals, and organisations dedicated to supporting those caring for loved ones.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to share information, connect with support services, and recognise the vital role that carers play every day.

At Dementia Together Wirral, we are proud to support carers of people living with dementia through friendship, information, activities, and ongoing support.

Thank you to all those who stopped by our stand to learn more about our services. We look forward to continuing to work together to ensure carers feel informed, supported, and valued.

Bebington Dramatic Society have again given us the opportunity to see their next play, a drama based on the lives of the first ever female students to study at Cambridge and their struggle to be allowed to actually graduate.

There is a 30% special offer off the normal ticket price of £12, just for Dementia Together Wirral. If you book on line/at the box office or on the door just give the code BLUE30.

The play runs from today until Saturday 13th June at the Gladstone Theatre and it promises to be a powerful and compelling performance.

Just over a week to go until this fantastic community event!
We’ll be starting the walk at 9:30am on Sunday 7th June, and we will meet outside the Floral Pavilion by the car park.
Look out for our bright yellow t-shirts we’d love to see as many supporters as possible taking part.
