A friendly, supportive running and fitness walking group for men & women (aged 16+) of all abilities.

Each session offers the chance for you to join a fitness walk or 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 mile run. Trained run leaders will take you out - these are local mums and dads who have joined Fitmums, become passionate about the ethos of the group and have gone on to become run leaders themselves. It was a lovely morning for a run and chat and our 3 mile route took us past this poignant display in the grounds of the church of Latter Day Saints on Manor Road. We were happy running at the same pace and there was no need for shepherding. Well done Barbara, Gillian and Sarah. 👏👏👏 Kay x 😊

The weather was perfect this morning for our 2 mile run around Beverley. We all agreed it was good to be out in the cool sunshine. Lots of chatter & a little shepherding kept us all together & in good spirits. It was lovely to run with you Paula, Wendy, Debbie, Polly & Julie. Special thanks to co leader John for his excellent warm up & cool down 👏🏻

It looked like a fabulous autumn morning for a 4 mile run to me - and it seems that this lovely lot all agreed! The 17 of us enjoyed a chatty run around Molescroft and back in the sunshine - well done everyone, and thanks for your great company! 👏

Two Beverley members involved in this national event this weekend. Big thanks to Ally English for organising the team - never an easy job! And Ollie for getting involved. 🙏 Keep this event in mind for next year everyone - a great one to aim for!

Wow! We had a monster turnout for Friday Strength & Fitness today - there were 30 taking part - both young and old(er)! What a fantastic effort from everyone - well done! 👏 I hope you all enjoyed the session and thanks for your great company! A special well done to the youngsters with us today, who were engaged and entertaining - and who cleared up whilst the adults “enjoyed” a wall sit - brilliant! Hope you all have a very spooky weekend! 💀
