Last day included animals, a magician and, of course, ice cream! 🐍🪄🍦

It’s been so great to see all their smiling faces throughout Summer Scheme and a few very scared ones when it came to the animals! 😅😂

What a way to finish an amazing summer! 💙

We can’t not have our big days out with Summer Scheme! 🥳This year we had laser tag, indoor play and, of course, everyone’s favourite trip to Newcastle! 💙

So many laughs, memories and tired kids along the way 😂 We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!🤪

We’re excited to be running New to You, a preloved clothing event where women can come along, browse, find some gorgeous second-hand pieces and give them a new home, all while helping us raise vital funds for our Christmas Hamper Appeal.

This Christmas, we’re hoping to provide 200 local families with much-needed food and provisions, and we need your help to make it happen. ❤️

Right now, we’re looking for:

👗 Women’s clothing - good-quality, clean preloved clothes that still have plenty of life left in them
👚 Hangers
🛍️ Clothing rails
🪞 Display cases
✨ Decorations - anything that could help us create a lovely, welcoming and stylish atmosphere for the event

If you have any of these items sitting unused at home, we would absolutely love to hear from you!

You can help us give clothes a new home while helping give local families a Christmas they can look forward to. 🎄❤️

Great opportunity for people living with Parkinsons!

We've partnered with Parkinsons UK at Shaftesbury Community Recreation Centre to develop a fabulous 12 week programme for people living with Parkinson's. It's designed to introduce you to movement and exercise, but it also has a social aspect where you can connect with others living with Parkinson's
too.

There will be a wide variety of physical activity taster sessions, as well as a chance to get involved in outdoor gardening and woodworking. There will also be social time to chat and have a cuppa too.

This 12 week programme is free and places are limited.

Registration is essential to book your place.
