If you are currently on the waiting list for the Adult GIC, Brackenburn, you may have received a letter regarding your place on the waiting list recently.

The original letter sent out stated that they had attempted to get in touch with individuals on the waiting list previously and that the recipient had a 7 day time period to respond to this letter before they would be removed from the waiting list.

In this post by the Trans Safety Network, the Belfast Trust has responded mentioning that the letter sent was due to administrative error.

We would advise anyone who has received these letters to get in contact as soon as possible with the clinic to ensure that their place on the list has not been taken away.

If you have any concerns or have found any issues regarding this letter you can contact us via our email address : [email protected]
