"This is our health" Programme Summary - Please take a few minutes to share your views on the following, share your thoughts and suggestions and help to shape future services and community needs!

The aim of “This is our health” is to understand what a shared promise, or “deal”, between the public and the health and care system might look like. A capacity-building promise where:

• The health and care system protects and invests in the things the public need most, and
• People contribute in the ways they are able to, for themselves, their families and their communities

so that everyone stays as well as possible and between us all we can deliver more.

To shape this responsibly, we need to hear people describe:

• What helps them stay well
• The part of the system they most need us to protect
• What they feel able to contribute by supporting themselves and those around them

We have a couple of last minute spaces for our Cooking Demo tomorrow, with Mary from Belfast City Council, money saving ideas, reducing waste, useful freebies and you'll get to taste the recipe Mary is going to prepare cook during the session!

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel this mornings baby swim session at Shankill Leisure Centre. We will keep you updated via our WhatsApp group chats. Sorry for any disappointment this causes.

Baby swim starts on the 14th May if you have reserved a place please call Donna at the Hannah Centre on 02890722900 to confirm your attendance. Time slots will be allocated once all spaces are filled!

We still have some spaces left for babies aged 0-12 months, sessions will take place from Thursday 14th May for 6 weeks!

If you have attended previously but would like to do the programme again you're more than welcome!

The children from Tiny Steps, Little Wings and Fledglings had a fantastic time at Streamvale farm yesterday!

From meeting the animals to exploring the farm, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and lots of memorable moments.

Thank you to all who came and made it such a memorable trip!

Our next 6 week baby swim programme begins on Thursday 14th May for babies aged up to 12 months. We have a limited number of places still available.

This programme is for parents and babies living in the Greater Shankill Area registered with Shankill SureStart.
