Josie will use accessible music activities, rhythm, humour and guided relaxation with ambient music to encourage creativity, connection and a fresh experience of our own musicality.
The workshops will offer a supportive space to discover useful strategies for relaxation and experience music in new ways. Activities will be gently guided, and everyone can participate at their own pace.
No previous musical experience is required.
To book a place visit the BelfastTrad website.

Through traditional songs, gentle lullabies and shared music-making, these sessions will offer an opportunity to sing together, connect with your little one and enjoy music in the company of other parents and carers. The emphasis will be on participation, enjoyment and creating a warm, supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable joining in.
