Bedford Park Rotary

Bedford Park Rotary The Rotary Club of Bedford park was formed in 1992 and has around 50 members.

Each year the club raises thousands of pounds for local charities, does voluntary work in the community and enjoys fellowship at weekly meetings and social events.

We were visited this morning by Camilla King, the High Sherrif of Bedfordshire, who presented The Rotary Club of Bedford Park with the High Sherriff Award- one of only fourteen awarded by her during her period of office.
The award was made for the club’s “continued fundraising, volunteering and support of local charities and initiatives aimed at making the lives of those less fortunate a little bit better”.
She is pictured here presenting the award to acting Club President Martin Darlow.
