Thank you to Wellmoor for inviting us to be part of this life saving project.

Earlier this week we went to the freedom centre in Barnstaple with Encompass Southwest and Bowel Cancer West, chatting with people aged 50-74 about the importance of bowel cancer screening.

To give a little extra encouragement, we're providing £5 Tesco vouchers for the first 20 people in this age group who return a bowel cancer test within 2 weeks of speaking to us. It might feel awkward or embarrassing, but these tests can give you real peace of mind — and they can save lives.

Fingers crossed we see some completed tests coming back soon 🧡

This week our CEO and COO had the privilege of attending the GSK Impact Awards and Leadership Programme.

Over three inspiring days we connected with incredible charities and took part in valuable leadership training.

Were incredibly proud to be recognised as one of this years winners and are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect and grow alongside such inspiring charities.

A huge thank you to GSK and The King's Fund for the support and recognition.

To our staff, our partners, commissioners and those we support, thank you. This recognition and opportunity would not be possible without your continued support and dedication.

We look forward to taking what we’ve learned, building connections and continuing to strengthen the impact of Encompass and the communities we serve.

2 years ago Siobhan was living in her car when she was referred into our Brave Spaces project. She was housed in our female only supported accommodation and was given support to help her live independently free from harm.
