Are you passionate about helping people reach their potential? We’re looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and reliable Job Coach to support neurodivergent adults and individuals with additional needs in developing their confidence, independence and workplace skills.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting individuals in real workplace environments.
* Providing one-to-one job coaching and encouragement.
* Helping people develop confidence, independence and employability skills.
* Working closely with employers and the wider support team.
* Maintaining accurate records and providing progress updates.
What we’re looking for:
✅ A caring, patient and positive attitude.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to motivate and encourage others.
✅ Reliable, flexible and organised.
✅ Experience in support work, education, employment support or social care is desirable but not essential.
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
