Notice to Hall Users

We have had multiple complaints regarding the way in which the hall is being left after use by some of our hirers

We kindly remind all hirers of the community hall to leave the space clean and tidy after use. Please ensure that all rubbish is disposed of, surfaces and floors are wiped down, and any furniture or equipment is returned to its original position.

We will have no choice but to implement fines if this continues 😢

Just a quick note to anyone who makes payments for the hire of the hall. When/if you pay by bank transfer, can you please leave either your name or your invoice number as your reference. We are receiving various payments referenced as MOB. This does not tell us who is paying, meaning you risk being invoiced a second time.
