Banbury Lions Club

Banbury Lions Club Every day Lions are having fun by organising remarkable fundraising activities. Enquiries are always welcome.

Lions are ordinary people who do extraordinary things to help others and support good causes throughout Banbury and the surrounding area as well as international projects. We are a local service club who have our main business meeting on the first Tuesday Evening of the month at The Wroxton House Hotel in Wroxton near Banbury. We are a club of men and women who want to put something back into the

local community. If you are interested in becoming a Lion and want to help the local and international community please refer to the 'Join Us' page.

On March 19th, President Helen Harman of the Banbury Lions Club visited Grange Community Primary School in Banbury, to formally present a donation of complimentary books.
Helen was delighted to offer the free books, which are being distributed as part of a regional Lions initiative, aimed at encouraging children to enjoy reading.
Representatives of the staff and pupils from the school were thrilled to receive the books and posed for photographs alongside the Lion mascot.
