Rotary is a “Service Club” - which means exactly what it says. We try and provide a service to the community, local, national and international. Saturday 2nd August, saw one of the many bits of service we engage in: to marshall the parking of over 400 cars at the Dassett Country Show.

Banbury Rotary Club awards a £1300 cheque to Children Heard and Seen who support local families. The money derives from the recent Children Singing for Children Concerts.

On 20th December 2024 Banbury Rotary Club was visited by James Ottley who was  presented with a cheque for £1300 for Children Heard and Seen. The work of this charity drastically reduces the likelihood of children with a parent in prison also becoming offenders.

Banbury Rotary Club initiated a Corporate Membership drive this year and one of the new members brought some Christmas cheer to local families with a Christmas light trail. Entry was a fraction of the cost of nearby displays but the event will still have raised money that can be used to help the local community.

Westminster corporate Rotarians put on a dazzling Christmas light trail bringing joy to many and raising funds for local charities.

Apologies that our website is coming up with security warnings! This is because the webhost has failed to automatically replace the security certificate! They say "we will soon be retiring the brand" which is another way of saying they are going out of business and aren't offering any support regarding customer issues. We are taking the opportunity to actively explore alternatives that offer a more integrated approach to both club and public communication but that may take a few months. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!
