This May for Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re highlighting the powerful connection between the outdoors and mental wellbeing. 🌿

Access to nature, fresh air, movement, and adventure can have a huge positive impact on mental health — but not everyone has the equipment needed to get outside.

At KitSquad, we help remove that barrier by redistributing donated outdoor gear to people who need it most. 🥾🎒

Your unused kit could help someone:
• build confidence
• improve wellbeing
• reconnect with nature
• find community outdoors

Together, we can make the outdoors more accessible for everyone & boost Mental Health 💚

Our mission is simple: make the outdoors more inclusive by ensuring everyone has access to the kit they need to explore!
For many, the outdoors feels out of reach—not because they don’t want it, but because they can’t afford the kit.

At Kitsquad we’re changing that!

We collect donated outdoor gear by repurposing & redistributing it out to individuals who need it most, helping remove financial barriers to the outdoors.

Do you think you have any gear laying around that you don’t need? Send it back into the hills once more & give someone else an adventure!

April is nearly here! Robin is taking on the TCS 2026 London Marathon on Sunday 26th April for Kitsquad! 🎉 After two years of dedicated volunteering for Kitsquad, he’s celebrating his 70th year by running 26.2 miles for a cause close to his heart. 🏃‍♂️
