Last September a group of our advisers participated in a focus group with policy officers from Citizens Advice. Their input contributed to a national report regarding the impact of the housing crisis on people's health.

The final report, "Building Healthier Foundations: How to improve access to healthy housing for all," is now live.

We are expanding our Money Advice Team! As a result of recent new funding, we are looking for Money Advice Caseworkers to join Citizens Advice Northumberland and support our clients.

What you'll do as a Money Advice Caseworker:
✔ Deliver advice via phone, face-to-face, and webchat
✔ Manage a caseload and meet targets
✔ Work to high quality standards

What we're looking for:
✅ Experience in money advice (preferred, but not essential)
✅ Strong organisational and time management skills
✅ Ability to understand and deal with complex information
📅 Closing date: This is an open rolling recruitment – we will shortlist and interview at regular intervals.
