Our Kids Foundation Our Kids Foundation is a non-profit organisation working to improve the lives and prospects of children and young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our Kids Foundation is a UK registered charity that designs, initiates and funds long term strategic projects to improve the lives and future prospects of children and young adults in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We work within the themes of health, poverty, education and employment. Often, but not exclusively, the beneficiaries of our projects are children living in institutional care and those with d

isabilities. Following a principle of local empowerment, wherever possible we set up organisations in Bosnia and Herzegovina that are governed and run by local employees and volunteers. This strategic approach achieves long term sustainable improvements for the children and young people. It also creates jobs and contributes to the wider post-war recovery process within the country. Our work relies on donations from the public, grant organisations, our partners, and the many volunteers who give up their time: we cannot do this without them and we sincerely thank them for their contributions.

On Sunday, we came together as a community to celebrate the life of our dear friend and ambassador, Marko Govorčin ❤️

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, shared memories, and filled the room with warmth, music, and love. Your presence meant more than words can express.

Through stories, laughter, and song, and as we watched a special video remembering Marko, we were reminded of the extraordinary person he was — a musician who connected people across cultures, a passionate supporter of our mission, and above all, a kind and generous soul.

Marko gave so much to Our Kids Foundation over the years. His legacy lives on in every child he helped, every smile he inspired, and every moment of hope he created.
