Need Support? The Royal British Legion Is Here to Help

Many people still think the Royal British Legion is only about Remembrance and the Poppy Appeal. In reality, the RBL provides lifelong support to serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families – often long after service has ended.

Whether you're struggling with finances, housing, employment, mental wellbeing, family issues, loneliness, or simply don't know where to turn, the RBL Support Helpline can help point you in the right direction and provide practical and emotional support.

📞 Support Helpline: 0808 802 8080
🕗 Open 8am–8pm, 7 days a week
💬 Online chat also available through the RBL website.

Remember: you don't need to be in crisis to ask for help. Sometimes a conversation is all it takes to start moving forward.
Please share this post—you never know who in our Armed Forces community might need it.
