Perhaps the person (or persons) who has twisted the swings so are they much shorter would like to return and undo their work so people can enjoy them again?

They don’t need to worry about all the rubbish that has been left because we have already picked that up and put it in the bin provided.

We are certain that parents that are supervising their children aren’t letting this happen in their presence but maybe if your child is down there unsupervised you could remind them about littering and respecting the environment including the equipment.
