Last week our Community First Responders had their annual reassessment with North West Ambulance Service NHS - this is an important day as it ensures that our responders remain skilled and up to date with training so that they’re ready to respond to emergency 999 calls, dispatched by NWAS and there in minutes, supporting the local community.

We’re pleased to say that all our responders passed with flying colours - meaning that we have CFR’s on call in Appleby and the surrounding villages ready to respond. 🚑 💚
