Look out for your invitation to AAA screening. It’s a 10-minute ultrasound to check your abdomen (tummy) for an aneurysm. Treating an aneurysm early reduces the chance of it causing serious problems.

Do you live in Aberdeen? Looking for a fresh start, a new direction, or simply something different?
If you're 16 - 67, Adventure to Employment is a 12-week programme designed to help you build confidence, improve wellbeing, and explore what’s next - through the power of the outdoors.
What’s involved?
⭐ Gain a recognised qualification - helping you build skills and confidence for your next steps into employment, training, or volunteering
⭐ Enjoy outdoor activities - from scenic walks to paddle boarding and rock climbing
⭐ Build your confidence - with 1:1 coaching, goal setting, and resilience-building
⭐ Take on new challenges - through teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership tasks
⭐ Experience a residential adventure - with a variety of exciting outdoor activities
You’ll be part of a supportive, small group and guided by a friendly Development Coach throughout.
No pressure, no previous experience needed - we’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there.
