It takes a whole army of incredible people to make KidsOut Day happen—not just on the day itself, but through the countless hours of planning, organising, and volunteering throughout the year. 💙

A huge thank you to the amazing teachers, school support staff, Cults Academy pupils, Rotarians, Bogenraith Equestrian staff, committee members and convenors, the AAB Group, and every individual and friend of KidsOut Aberdeen who gives their time, energy, and support.

And of course, there’s one very special group we simply couldn’t do it without… the kids! 💛

This day is, and always will be, all about you. 👏✨

Thank you for making KidsOut Day 2026 so special. We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 💙

There’s always work to do to get ready for next year!

Thanks to Ellen Smith for looking after the clown costumes, all ready for our 2027 event 🤡

The Orchard Brae Sensory Garden has come to life!

Thanks to our valiant gardening squad, two large wheeled bins were filled with weeds, three trugs planted out ( touch smell and taste themed plants) and vegetation overhanging roadways cut back.

With a bit more work it will require only light touch maintenance thereafter

Trugs are now positioned to allow wheelchair users access

Great work men !

I couldn’t not share this..,

Tonight Rotary Rosie took a special interest in our Compliance presentation. She was specifically interested in the slide that covered Equality and Diversity, and was happy to know there is a warm welcome for everyone at Rotary.
Rosie recommends you find out for yourself and come along for a visit, she would love to see you and so would we!
